| | Our Shipping & Returns PoliciesWe offer shipping via UPS in the continental US and Canada, or via USPS Priority Mail for our international customers, US Territories, Hawaii, and Alaska. At checkout, you will have your choice of UPS Ground, UPS Blue Label (2 Days) or UPS Red Label (overnight) as your shipping method. If you need to return an item purchased from Wholesale Copier Parts, you may do so in the first 30 days after purchase date. Broken or Defective Items First, please call or email WCP to describe your problem, and you will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Once your return has been approved, you may send it back to us. We will issue you a full refund, including return shipping costs, or send you a brand new item (same item) as a replacement.Our Guarantee Non-Warranty Returns If you ordered an item but decided that you do not need it or have ordered it by mistake, you may still return it to WCP within 30 days of the purchase date. Please first obtain an RMA as mentioned above. Your item must be in a re-sellable condition in it's original packaging. WCP will charge a 15% restocking fee for this kind of return and refund the rest of the price to you. Shipping costs are not refunded. Non-Returnable Items Finally, there are certain items which cannot be returned to WCP under any circumstances.
